welcome to the era of pussification. today people make excuses amillion about their shortcomings and damn if they succeed they will take all the credit and screw the rest right? part of this era involves people being too damn lazy to do the work for themselves but rather follow what someone else does cause its easier and failure is less likely. another issue...we have so much shit on the shelves its crazy and you will have someone buy damn near the whole store just to make a puny 15-20 pound gain in six months. so what the hell is going on right? why have we moved away from the FOUR things that could make a huge difference....and why we have moved from educating ourselves and becoming robots to those who haven't?

THE OVERKILL METHOD: ACTS OF BRUTALITY





acts of brutality. high volume. high intensity. how in the hell is both of those possible together? i was wondering more to the lines of why AREN'T they together? with the high volume...you increase strength and muscular size. with high intensity you gain muscular endurance and insane pumps. hey...everyone loves training to get that pump right? again....the idea of both of these known ideas together is more like desecration than anything. .however training like this will take you from a man to a freak. is it something new? no. its something that we forgot about just cause we live in a world where the best path to results is the easiest path taken. "abandon all hope ye who enter here"...

THE OVERKILL METHOD: THE PURIST VS THE UBERMENSCH





where the hell did the idea of a "purist" come from? when i look at how lifters trained and looked back 30-40 years ago..its amazing. you be hard pressed to find the difference between powerlifting and bodybuilding back then. probably cause at most gyms back then..they trained at the same place damn near. and it showed. if you trained with freaks...you became one pretty much. then somehow down the road...here comes the "purist"...that big dark line that separates which shouldn't of been separated in the first place but in its emergence came another...a group that would be the rendition of how lifters were but taken to the next level...

THE OVERKILL METHOD: THE SEVEN LAWS




 this approach is different than anything you've ever done or tried and it will make a fuckin man outta you quick and easy. the problem with most training methods/programs today is that they are lazy as fuck. there are a few that will make your ass work. i've mostly found those to alot of training methods/programs from the 70s and 80s. geez i wonder why? i saw the greatest amount of gains i've ever made based on these old school methods. where u trained to be a fuckin man. well...the apex method will make u into a freak. you can take any routine/program your doin and implement these ideas and it will shock your body in a way. but first let me explain.
